The lesson plans in this section will develop the learner’s self-awareness, self-determination and self-improvement, instructing them how these elements can underpin their aspiration, ambition and achievement in careers, their own learning and, eventually, reaching excellence in the world of work.

Resilience and wellbeing
This section will accelerate and inspire the learner in developing their personal skills. The outcome of these lessons will support the learners with broader awareness and knowledge of how to develop themselves when embarking on their career journey.
